The top floor of the building has both male and female pools, which are old customer favorites. Both sides have male and female open-air public spring pools; at one of two sides, people can appreciate the beautiful coastal scenery. This is a rare place in Taiwan, in which people can bathe in hot springs and also appreciate an ocean view. At the other side, people can view Yangminshan National Park’s misty mountain ranges. When bathing in the hot springs, one can often look up to see rare Black Kite Eagles or some migratory birds, circling and soaring into the sky!
